I favor Iowa laws for not allowing a convicted murderer to ever be paroled. In fact, I think the death penalty should be implemented so morons such as Daniel Snethen, the person who murdered my Uncle Timothy Hawbaker in 1974, are never allowed to even breathe another breath. This clown was allowed to live on the taxpayers’ dime and tried appealing decisions and even went so far as to try and sue guards of the very penal system who housed his sorry ass. May he forever burn in hell.
